This servo-driven metering pump from Sealant Equipment and Engineering Inc. dispenses beads of single- and multi-component fluids. The servo drive controls the positive-displacement pump's variable flow rate. It works with robots and automation equipment that form in-place gaskets and structural bonds.

Viking Pump Inc.'s internal-gear "R" pump develops pressures up to 200 psi. The 1,100-gpm pump works at temperatures ranging from -60 to 450F. Available seal options for the pump include cartridge seals, mechanical seals, or packing.

Texel MTA Series pumps from Magnatex Pumps Inc. have chemically inert PFA linings that withstand corrosive properties of mineral and organic acids, bases, alcohol, hydrocarbons, and halogens. The inner magnetic linings also eliminate leak paths. Maximum working pressure is 150 psi.

Pfeiffer Vacuum Inc.'s TurboCube vacuum pumping station has a turbomolecular pump with integrated controller and a backing pump within a closed housing. The system is available with a choice of dry or oil-lubricated backing pumps. It also has a built-in cooling system.

New closed-coupled thermoplastic centrifugal pumps from Vanton Pump and Equipment Corp. transfer and circulate corrosive chemicals. They are furnished in tangential and centerline discharge configurations. The smallest of seven pump sizes measures 11/2x1x6 inches.
