MagneTek's GPD 515 adjustable speed drive uses the power of 32-bit microprocessing to deliver three levels of drive performance in a single package. The unit is now available in ratings up to 200 hp at 600V. The GPD 515 adjustable speed drive is designed for use in such applications as textile, mining, and paper industries, as well as heavy duty applications on conveyors, pumps, and fans. The drive combines processing power with pulse width modulation and vector control to provide traditional V/Hz, sensorless vector, and flux vector control performance.
