Two-Phase Motor Driver ICs

Smaller and more reliable

Made to keep up with higher reliability and smaller space demands, this new series has a protection circuit against the load short or open operation, and a space-saving built-in resistor for current sense. The peripheral circuit design is simpler with a common interface signal and series pin compatibility. The series is more reliable with a built-in motor coil, short and open-circuit protection, and varied lout lineout (1 A, 1.5 A, 2 A, 3 A). Clock-in topology reduces control signal wire and micro-computer load, with ICs built into a logic circuit to control excitation switching and D/A converter. The series has both microstep type and full/half-step type. Unlike other motor drive series, the SLA7070M is designed to make pin alignments and interface specification compatible.
