Gearmotors with No Assmbly Required

New AKM gearmotors from Danaher Motion combine the torque density of AKM servomotor technology with Micron TRUE planetary gearheads in a single, factory-integrated solution. These gearmotors offer one component to mount without the need to manage the adapters between the motor and gearbox. Alignment issues are eliminated because each system is combined, tested and qualified at the factory. A complete lineup of gearmotors provides factory tested combinations, so there is no need to match the motor and gearhead by the user.

The single unit design provides ready-to-mount system units, and factory integration and testing eliminates assembly errors. TRUE planetary gearhead offerings include both in-line and right angle solutions ranging in frame size from 40 to 220mm and ratios from 1:1 to 500:1.
