Camshaft Inspection Gage Lets Operators See Actual Throughput Status

ELECTRONICS: A submicron accuracy camshaft inspection gage that features a new graphic display which lets operators easily see the tolerance throughput status in real-time for high-speed production monitoring is being introduced by ADCOLE Corp.

The ADCOLE 1310 High-Speed Camshaft Gage features a new graphic display that lets operators visually monitor throughput with green, yellow and red plots depicting in-tolerance, reaching control limits, and out of tolerance status.

Providing gage room accuracy on the production floor, this end-of-line gage offers user-programmable measurement parameters, easy part setup changes, and 0.1 micron resolution per data point or 3,600 data points per revolution.

Enabling the direct correlation between an audit gage and production floor, the ADCOLE 1310 High-Speed Camshaft Gage utilizes the same technology as all Adcole gages and can process up to 200 parts-per-hour.  It can measure 10 or more parameters including radius, profile, taper, crown, timing angle, diameter, velocity, acceleration, run-out, roundness, and concentricity.

The ADCOLE 1310 High-Speed Camshaft Gage is priced from $450,000.00.  Literature and price quotations are available upon request.
