Power MOSFETs

Sensor

Designed for the recycling industry, this plastic identification sensor uses InGaAsP laser diodes on three unique wavelengths in order to identify transparent PET, PVC, and PS plastic. Using optical transmittance to differentiate between the plastics, the sensor's sequential radiation may also identify between plastic types by sending signals to an oscilloscope. Laser sensors
