Self-guiding drive

Self-guiding drive

Nubbed belts cam in 10 mm narrow width graduations.

Staggered nubs give this belt-made of hard-wearing polyurethane and reinforced with steel cord tension members-a number of unique advantages:

  • Smooth meshing in both directions of belt travel ensure high precision, synchronous transmission.

  • Corresponding pulley recesses eliminate side flanges.

  • Symmetrical nub geometry contributes to a homogeneous distribution of forces in the belt.

  • Pulley contact with flat belt area means low noise, low vibration.

Available with matching components-pulleys, supporting/guiding rails, and clamping plates-Conti(R) Synchrodrive N10 nubbed belts are intended for transport and linear drive applications.
