Air filters

Dual EMI/RFI Honeycomb air filters are for medical electronics enclosure applications. This system provides air filtration and EMI shielding in a single assembly that is compact and removable. The honeycomb structure consists of cells that are engineered to trap and absorb EMI noise while maintaining 95% to 99% openness for minimal airflow impedance.

Manifold systems

Customer-specified manifold systems eliminate the need for tubing between valves. Available materials include acrylic, SPVC, Delrin/AFa, Flourosinta, Halara, Isoplasta, Kel-Fa, Noryla, Nylona, PEEK, polycarbonate, and polyethylene. Other materials are available for specific toxicity, chemical resistance, and temperature requirements. The manifold, when coupled with the manufacturer's Inert Isolation Valve, can handle aggressive and high-purity fluid applications.

Flowmeter

Designed for general-purpose applications, the PROline generation Promass 40E Coriolis mass flowmeter measures mass or volume flow. Features include: wide measuring range, compact packaging, low maintenance, a local display, and FieldTool configuration and setup software.

Valves

Size 50 and 15 solenoid valves feature a double-plunger seal that prevents continuous flow. The in-line, two-way, normally closed Squirt valve shuts off if somebody accidentally leaves it on, releasing just one squirt or drop. The devices are available with a variety of tube sizes to control drop size, and with low pressure ratings of 2 to 10 psi.

Pumps

Patented structured diaphragm and high-speed check valve technologies combined with electronically commutated dc motors let vacuum pumps provide efficiency in a compact package. Units are available with pump rates of 0.100 to 30 (liter) minute and end-vacuums of 0.5 mbar.

Seal plates

Code 61 and 62 seal plates locate and provide the proper squeeze on O-rings to ease sealing of the two joined surfaces. Optional rings provide structural support for the two inner joined surfaces.

Tubing

An alternative to right-angle fittings, formed elbow tubing is cut to the required length on each side of the elbow and installed with the appropriate fittings. The tubing comes in PEEK and FEP Teflonextruded to 1/16- and 1/8-inch ODs, with varying inner diameters.

Pumps

The UniverSeal shaft seal is a standard feature of a broad line of rotary-gear positive-displacement pumps. The seal design enables these pumps to accept lip seals, mechanical seals, or packing gland shaft seals instead of just one seal type.
