DIN-Rail Mount 40 - 60W dc-dc Converters

TDK-Lambda Americas' DPX Series ofdc-dc converters can be mounted onto DIN rails. Available with both 2:1 and 4:1input voltage ranges covering from 9.5 to 75V, with 40 to 60W output ratings, thisseries is useful for industrial and commercial applications such as processcontrol, factory automation, test & measurement and for alarm and securitysystems.

The DPXmodels are available with single, dual or triple outputs. The single outputmodels are available with an output voltage of 5, 12 or 15V and the dual-outputmodels have +/-12 or +/-15V outputs. The triple-output models provide a +5Vmain with either +/-12 or +/-15V outputs. The single output models can beadjusted +/-10 percent of its nominal output via a front-panel mounted potentiometer.A green LED indicator on the front panel gives a visual confirmation of theoutput status.

The DPX Seriesof dc-dc converters are enclosed in a rugged metal case and can be mounted oneither a TS35/7.5 or TS35/15 standard DIN rail. Typical operating efficienciesare up to 86 percent. All DPX models feature reverse-input-polarity protection,remote On/Off control, 1.6kV input to output isolation and are internally protectedfrom overvoltage and overcurrent conditions.

These powersupplies are convection cooled and operate over a wide temperature range from -40to +85C. The series also meets EN55022 Level B EMI standards (radiated andconducted), MIL-STD-810F shock & vibration and are CE-marked in accordancewith the LV Directives.
