Screwless shaft-to-hub connections

All stainless steel design (1.4301) accommodates 4- to 20-mm diameter shafts.

Inner and outer split sleeves with opposing tapers form this friction-based system. A clamping nut climbs tapered threads of the inner sleeve to grip the shaft.

At the same time, tightening torque pushes the outer sleeve up the inner sleeve's inclined surface, distributing clamping force in the axial direction. Benefits include 360-degree clamping, no screws or keyways, and quick assembly/disassembly.
