Machine screws

The FTH Series nylon flat-head machine screws are available in slotted or Phillips head styles, in 25 standard sizes, and 5 thread sizes (4-40, 6-32, 8-32, 10-32 , and 1/4-20). Screws have a length range of 0.25 to 1.5 inches, head depths of 0.60 to 0.204 inch, and head diameters of 0.195 to 0.507 inch. Applications include fastening and assembly operations.

Epoxies

Providing a bonding and protective coating, the UV curing, environmentally resistant epoxies reportedly dry in seconds, with full-strength bonds achieved in 1 to 24 hours. The epoxies offer solvent and temperature resistance, as well as low shrinkage and outgassing properties, and may adhere to glass, metal, and many plastics.

Seal

The Trim-Seal is designed to seal against most surfaces and bond to most edges. Ozone and UV resistant EPDM automotive grade rubber make up the seal, while the trim is made out of weather- and wear-resistant vinyl.

Adhesive

QMI 550 non-conductive BMI die attach adhesive is Teflon(R) (PTFE)-filled and used for integrated circuit attachment in BGA laminate packages and die-to-die adhesion in die stacked packages. Adhesive reportedly works effectively in metal, ceramic, and plastic packaging. Other features include bonding strength and elongation at lead-free solder reflow temperatures.

Dispense valve

Made for automated assembly machines, XYZ tables, and retrofit applications, the EFD(R) model 752V-UHSS dispense valve may be used to fill containers, dispense additives, top off underfilled containers, and apply solutions to sponges.
