We are celebrating Women’s History Month by recognizing the significant contributions of a diverse group of women whose work at the US Department of Energy (DOE)’s 17 national laboratories have enabled innovations in the area of energy storage. This remarkable group of women, ranging from those in early career to others in senior positions, was recognized by the DOE for Women’s History Month as part of its Energy Storage Grand Challenge. The expertise they have demonstrated in the roles of researchers, technicians, and staff is influencing the future of transportation and energy storage in ways that will affect all of our daily lives.
