The VEPxx.4 series Embedded PCs are a WinCE or WinXPe OS IPC with integratedscreen. Programming software allowsfunctionality ranging from simple HMI screens to MES capability. It can function as an HMI, PC-based PLC,motion controller or as a CNC. The integrated controller and visualization areintegrated, leading to system simplification. The fact that this one product can do so many different applicationsleads to simplified panel layout/design and a reduction of inventory parts forthe new machines and spare parts for existing machines. It has a wide range ofcapabilities (HMI - MES - PLC - CNC capabilities) with a single piece ofhardware. Just change the firmware cardto activate the necessary product functionality.
