Seals

The M5-92 epoxy system has a glass transition temperature of 160C, which allows Uniform(TM)epoxy seal preforms to withstand such high-temperature processes as overmolding and soldering. The solvent-resistant preforms are one-part epoxy resins that are solid at room temperature. When heated, they melt and cure.

Hinge

A chrome-plated hinge enables both permanent door installation and easy lift-off door removal for unrestricted access to the inside of an enclosure. The two-piece design includes an external pivot point that provides rotation up to 270 degrees, depending on mounting configuration.

Adhesive tapes

Electrically conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes are created to meet the demand for adhesives with low resistance to electrical current. The tapes can be used for bonding the connector components of an electrode to a second substrate. These tapes facilitate the transmission of signals sent through the adhesive to make the electrical connection.

Anti-static tapes

Available in yellow, red, and blue-with or without ESD symbols-antistatic cellophane tapes are 1.8-mil thick and have a tensile strength of 24 inch-lb. A high-tack, non-staining natural rubber adhesive lets the tapes stick to a variety of materials. The static-free tapes come in widths of 1/2, 3/4, 1, and 2 inches, and can be torn by hand.

Clamps

Stepless screw clamps are designed for demanding applications where reusability and the assurance of a leak free seal is not compromised while tightening. "Stepless" refers to the absence of steps or gaps on the inner circumference of the clamp. This design provides uniform compression and a 360 degree seal. It has been shown to seal medical grade tubing, as well as thin-walled and hard synthetic materials.
