Turbine flowmeters

The MS Series high performance turbine flowmeters are said to provide accurate measurement within 5% over a wide range of temperatures and pressures. The meters are available with high output magnetic pickups, a low drag modulated carrier pickup, or a redi-pulse pickup with a conditioned pulse output. Applications include liquid, gas, and cryogenic services.

Fatigue meter

This company's solid-state fatigue meter is designed to measure stresses on airframes during flight. The unit weights 0.9 kg and features a micro-machined accelerometer and warning lights for low battery and memory. Windows-based software records the aircraft's configuration, and downloads the data after flight.

Portable tester

This company's HPT-200 portable tester is said to provide the accuracy and durability of Alphatron pull testers into a battery-powered unit which can be used on the shop floor or in the field. The tester is capable of pull testing wire crimps up to 200 pounds, and can provide up to 14 hours of use on a single charge. Calibration can be verified in the field at any time, and the display can be set to read in pounds, Newtons, or kilograms.

The RCH20 hollow shaft optical commutation encoder combines three phase brushless motor commutation pulses, two data channels, and a reference index pulse in one package. The manufacturer says that the RCH20 is highly shock, vibration, and temperature resistant, and can be rotated to align with motor rotor poles. Frequency response is a reported 300 kHz and the encoder can give up to 5000 pulses per revolution.
