Stock Drive Products' Series of 1 mm Pitch Timing Belts

Stock Drive Products'series of 1 mm pitch polyurethane timing belts are designed for miniatureapplications and to run with the new 1 mm pitch timing beltpulleys. Offered with Kevlar cord reinforcement, the A6B18M Series arestocked in 22 different groove sizes ranging from 94 to 559 mm (3.701 to22.008") while the A6G18M Series with fiberglass cord reinforcement are stockedin pitch lengths from 142 to 705 mm (5.591 to 27.756 inch). These belts comestandard in 3 and 6 mm widths; however, special widths can be cut from sleeves.

TheKevlar belts (double span) have a breaking point of 300 N per 1 mm (214 lbf.per 1/8 in.) and the fiberglass belts, also double span, have a breaking pointof 165 N per 1 mm (117 lbf. per 1/8 in.). Both have a temperature rangeof -30 to +85C (-22 to +185F). Since these timing belts are the smalleststandardized pitch timing belts available they are ideal for importantprototype or production applications that require high-quality, miniatureparts.
