TorqStar(TM) Series non-contact torque sensors include both inline rotary and reaction-type sensors. Accuracy is within ±0.5% of the full sensing scale. All components are encased in a sealed housing, which allows the sensing units to be placed close to areas where torque monitoring is needed, in harsh working conditions. A TorqStar can be adapted to fit within the holder of a rotating cutting tool, or as part of an electric motor output shaft.
