Digi-Key Announces Stock on NXP Semiconductors LPC11C14 from its LPC11C00 Series of CAN Controllers

Electronic components distributor Digi-Key Corporation announcedit is now stocking NXP's LPC11C00series, starting with the LPC11C14, a Controller Area Network (CAN)2.0B-compliant controller for industrial and embedded networking applications.

WhileCAN has long been considered one of the best choices for robust, real-timecommunication, the price has been prohibitive for low-cost embeddedapplications. With the introduction of the LPC11C00 series, NXP now provides anew low-cost entry point and total CAN solution that reduces productdevelopment risk, lowers total system cost, and speeds time to market forhigh-performance embedded designs.
