inPHorm(TM) software program for designing, selecting, and ordering refrigeration and air conditioning components guides the user through the entire process of selecting a refrigeration or air- conditioning component. The software first prompts the user to select a general product category of interest from the company, such as thermostatic expansion valves, pressure regulators, and solenoid valves. The software then asks the user to describe the application. inPHorm uses the information to recommend the proper component.
