The Robot’s Got the Cookies Handled
This motion control system puts the robot in charge of baking cookies and moving them down the line.
Some robots are built to weld and paint cars. Others are designed for surgery or moving boxes in a warehouse. Apex Motion Control builds robots that bake.
In this video, the Baker-Bot collaborative robot - cobot - from Apex shows how it can handle the daily, dull, dangerous, and repetitive tasks in industrial food and bakery production and packaging. An, unlike Lucy, this robot won’t get behind as the goodies fly by on the conveyor belt.
