The Lee Co.'s 5k Flareless Tube Safety Screen Adapter

Lee's 5k Flareless Tube Safety Screen Adapter integrates Lee's rugged HI-BAR safety screen, which is machined entirely from solidstainless steel bar stock, into a Ring Locked Adapter design. Thisdesign is capable of withstanding system pressures up to 5080 psi, compared toconventional flareless tube adapters which are rated for 4000 psi. Once thescreen is installed into the lightweight titanium fitting, the assembly is 100percent proof pressure tested before shipment to ensure reliable performance.

Available in -4,-6, -8 and -10 configurations, the adapter meets both of the latest aerospacespecifications, AS5550 and ABS0993. Seven standard hole sizes rangingfrom 0.002 (50 micron) to 0.020 inch (500 micron) in diameter are offered, andspecial designs are available upon request.
