These joints are highly resistant to corrosion, with 316L stainless steel yokes. PTFE coating on the yokes' contact surfaces improve friction properties and prevent galling in the joints. Pins and blocks, also made out of 316L stainless steel, are protected with grease-packed boots. Standard single joints can be modified with 304, 316, 17-4, 15-5 or other steel grades.
