Tubing identification collars
Tubing identification collars, for labeling tubing and cables, are available in three common OD sizes, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 inches, and are stocked in natural nylon with tubing OD size tag markings. Colors available at no extra charge are: black, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, and purple. The tag marking can be anything that will fit in a 0.3-inch diameter circle.

This material is formulated to outperform conventional metal and thermoplastic multi-lumen materials. The composite utilizes continuous fiberglass filament, not short fiber reinforcement, giving it higher mechanical properties as well as impact and dielectric characteristics. It is safe for intra-body situations and is reported to be highly resistant to nicks and cuts. Typical applications are replacements in endoscopic or laparscopic instruments such as electro cauterizing instruments.

Hydraulic piston rod
NITRO-100(R), a modified 4045 alloy steel chemistry, was formulated to meet the growing demand for steel bars to exceed a minimum yield of 75,000 psi. The new alloy is reported to exceed 100,000 psi and combines the benefits of Nitrotec, the company's former AISI 1045 steel bars, with the necessary application strength requirements.

Flow control components
These flow control components are custom molded and machined from Teflon(R)for applications requiring a material that is impervious to moisture, chemically inert, and can operate from -400 to 500F. Better sidewall characteristics than standard etching process are the intended result with these photochemically etched parts. Stainless-steel parts fabricated by this company are resistant to organic and many inorganic chemicals, and reportedly offer corrosion and rust resistance.
