High Flex Silicone Cables

Cicoil's light-weight cables can incorporate any variety ofpower, data and video conductors in a single compact cable design. In additionto electrical conductors, the cables can also include single and multi-lumentubing for air or liquid transfer, and fiber optics, all in the same cable. The cables are 100 percent contaminant-freeand rated for Class 1 clean room use. Incorporating multiple elements into a single flat cable makes medicalequipment smaller, quieter and more energy efficient.

The silicone encapsulationprovides a one-piece construction that creates a durable cable package thatwill not break, deform or wear during a lifetime of more than 10 millioncycles, even under high speed flexing or tight bending radius conditions. Cicoil's silicone extrusion process alsodelivers advantages in extreme environments, including temperatures rangingfrom -65 to +260C, and the cables are impervious to water, steam, UV light andmost chemicals.

Cicoil's UL Recognized, RoHSCompliant & CE Conforming cables exceed the outgassing requirements of ASTME-585 and NASA 1124. For additionalabrasion resistance, Cicoil offers anti-friction coating options.
