Zero-Max Introduces RoHS Compliant CD Couplings

An article in Design News, announces the availability of CD couplings from Zero-Max that comes in many models and sizes including custom designs for unusually large and challenging applications such as wind turbines.

For high performance servo motor applications, CD couplings provide a combination of high dynamic load capacity and high torsional stiffness for system operation. The working part is made of a composite material with a design that withstands the stress and punishment of a servo motor. Also important to sustainability is the CD coupling’s maintenance-free design. Zero-Max says it ensures long trouble-free system operation in automated 24/7 lights out applications.
