Xennia's Aquamarine Digital Printing Solution

The XenniaAquamarine is a flexible, digital system designed for economicalprinting of rigid secondary packaging in short customized runs. The systemprints onto two opposing vertical sides of rigid packaging such as EPS boxes,chill boxes, bottle crates, transit packs, plastic trays and other secondarypackaging.

The system can use UV or solvent based inks, with a print swathe height of upto 120 mm and line speed of up to 40 m/min, equating to over 1,800 boxes perhour using 800 mm boxes. Automated maintenance and variable data printingcapability are also available. The system includes a substrate transportconveyor and can be used standalone or integrated into a production line.
