The FlexProgrammer 9701from TheBaumer Groupfeatures an easy menu-based programming with control function. The datatransfer is executed via a USB interface. Beside the direct configuration onPC, the tool also allows for remote programming of individual measuring devicesin situ, which makes the FlexProgrammer highly flexible and perfect for mobileuse in all environments.

Theprogramming device is mounted in a robust plastic housing and equipped with adigital display, four push-buttons and a lanyard. The battery of the type NiMH2.4 V, 450 mAh is rechargeable via the device's USB port. A CD with theFlexProgram software is included in the delivery. The software is based on FDT(Field Device Tool) due to which every driver device acts as a Device Type Manager(DTM). Separate DTM drivers are available on request which makes the toolperfectly suitable for customers who have transmitters from different suppliersand want to use one FDT software for all of them.
