Mini-LC Duplex Cabling Solutions to Support Avago Technologies' Mini-SFP Transceiver Line

Molex Inc.'s new Mini-LC Duplex Cables are designed to mate with Avago Technologies' Mini-SFP transceiver. The assemblieswere developed with a reduced ferrule pitch over standard LC duplex connectorsto enable a higher density deployment of active devices per blade and a cleanercable-management solution when mated with Avago Technologies' Mini-SFPtransceiver.
The Mini-LC Duplex cables work well for data communications andnetworking applications and come in standard lengths of 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 mwith variations that include Mini-LC to Mini-LC cables as well as Mini-LC tostandard LC duplex cables. Molex also offers custom lengths and fiberoptic breakout cables iftransitions are needed from MPO based QSFP modules to Mini-SFP transceiverssupported by Avago Technologies.
Additional product features include:
Utilizes 50/125AmumOM3 fiber for longer reach and higher speeds optimized at 850nm or 1300nm.
Complies with RoHSrequirements meeting EU environmental requirements for electronic equipment andaccessories.
Utilizes industrystandard LC connector / RJ-45 latching style mechanism with a press-to-releasedesign for ease-of-use.
Black color-codedlatches differentiate the standard LC Duplex connector versus the new Mini-LCDuplex connector.
