Measuring Amplifier Now Available with IPM Interface

The HBMprocess controllers MP85A FASTpress and MP85A-S EASYswitch can now beseamlessly integrated into an appropriate system via IPM interface so theacquired production data can be directly transmitted to a quality assuranceserver for visualization and archiving. In addition to the overall status - theproduced part is OK or NOK and complete curves of a press-fit process or up tonine evaluation windows can be transmitted. 

Data can be observed in real time via a web browser. This allows the press-fitprocess to be monitored live without the need for anyone to be present directlyat the machine. If problems occur during production, immediate reaction ispossible. The person responsible for production can be automatically notifiedby SMS or e-mail if an error message is output. This rapid error evaluationallows product quality to be improved and, in contrast, costs related to recallactions are reduced.
