IP67-rated RJ45 Ethernet Connector

CONEC's IP67-rated connectors allow designers toincorporate data ports in harsh environments. The family features a 1/6th turnbayonet coupling for fast and secure mate/unmate, with gloved hands. Forchemical resistance, UV resistance, EMI shielding and tolerance to physicalabuse, CONEC's connectors come in three different housing materials: plastic (with color code options black, blue,green, yellow, red, white), metalized plastic and nickel-plated, zinc die-cast.

The lineincludes a variety of panel-mounted receptacles, mating plugs, protective capsand pre-terminated jumper cables including cables suitable for outdoor use anddirect burial with jackets that can be color coded to match the in-linecouplers. The IP67 RJ45 connectors have a secure connection and are dustproofand weatherproof, with a silicone ring seal that makes a watertight connectionto the panel.

Useful applicationsinclude industrial machinery, security and surveillance equipment, test andmeasurement equipment and GPS systems and communications. The connectorsprovide increased protection from contamination and moisture in addition tomechanical stability, temperature resistance, vibration immunity and EMI/RFIshielding.
