Compact E-Vac Vacuum Generators Mount in Tight Spaces

EXAIR's new Modular E-Vac^(R) VacuumGenerators are a series of low cost, compressed air powered vacuums forlifting, "pick and place", clamping, chucking, and surface mountingapplications. These vacuum pumps provide instantaneous response and areavailable in many sizes that offer a variety of vacuum levels and flow rates.They are maintenance free and have no moving parts to wear out.

The lightweight, aluminum construction is compactand easy to install at the point of use which is ideal for lifting applicationswhere fast attach and release times are needed. Mounting holes areprovided.

The ModularE-Vac Vacuum Generators are available in two styles. Seven low vacuum units upto 21 inch Hg (71 kPa) generate more airflow to overcome porosity and leakagewhen used with porous materials such as cardboard. Seven high vacuum units upto 27 inch Hg (91 kPa) are ideal for non-porous materials such as glass, steelsheet, and plastic. Kit configurations that include vacuum cups, fittings,tubing and a mounting clip are available. Prices start at $58.
