OmronScientific Technologies Inc.'s D4SL isa compact 6-contact Guard Lock Safety Door Switch. The D4SL features a metal-headfor long life in demanding industrial environments. Users can select wiring, mounting methods andavailable operating keys and a key slot that accommodates the misalignment andinstability of real-life door applications. D4SL switches are available withtwo types of wiring. Connector-type wiring models feature a connector cablethat eliminates potential miswiring and facilitates maintenance and easy switch replacement in the event a switch is damaged. Terminalblock-type model include a detachable terminal block that significantlyincreases wiring efficiency.

TheD4SL is a 6-contact safety switch enabling users to independently monitor door open/closedstatus, as well as solenoid on/off status, from a single switch. LED indicatorsallow users to check switch status from any direction. Six differenthorizontal-mount and vertical-mount operating keys are available to satisfyvarying shock and vibration resistance needs. The D4SL Guard Lock Safety DoorSwitch is available with an optional Slide Bolt with key to prevent workersfrom becoming trapped inside a hazardous area, without having to use a padlock.
