Tech to Take on Campus

Students all over the country in now embarking on college campuses as the Fall 2022 session starts. While returning students are familiar with the routine, for freshman and perhaps transferees the experience involves taking the necessities and comforts of home and cramming them into a tight dormitory room that more often than not is shared with one or more roommates.

Technology breakthroughs in recent decades have eliminated the need to carry multiple notebooks and perhaps even purchase some bulky textbooks as many of the instructors’ presentations are now online. But that means making sure you have a reliable laptop computer with ample storage, and preferably backup devices just in case the computer crashes the night before midterms or finals.
