Manufacturing Convention

The Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) is sponsoring the International Manufacturing Technology (IMTS) Show 2004 Manufacturing Conference, September 8-10, at McCormick Place in Chicago. The conference also hosts the IMTS trade-show, held every two years, running September 8-15. Present at this year's show will be representatives from TLC's show "Junkyard Wars: On the Road," giving attendees a chance to build and race gravity-powered racecars.
