F1 in schools

Jaguar North America (www.jaguar.com) has again encouraged students to pursue an engineering career by sponsoring the Jaguar F1 Team in Schools event during the 25th national conference of the Technology Student Association (TSA) in Orlando, FL, in June. About 20 middle and high school teams participated the event, in which they designed, built, and raced F1 racecars. Judging was based on safety, aerodynamics, engineering, aesthetics, race times, and presentation.
