The new KNF TypeNF1.60 micro diaphragm pump is a compact high-pressure solution that deliversflow rates up to 650 ml/min, self-prime to 8.86 in. Hg suction and operatesagainst pressures up to 87 PSI both intermittently and continuously over theentire lifetime of the pump. Type NF1.60 pumps integrate a valve system withprecise valve structures and additionally benefit from sophisticated diaphragmtechnology. They can be powered either by a brush-commutated dc motor orbrushless dc motor to promote extended service life. Pumps run dry and can bemounted in any position.

Type NF1.60pumps are chemical resistant resulting from the use of PP, PTFE, EPDM and FFMPmaterials for components that will come into contact with the pumped medium.Most neutral and aggressive liquids can be handled without risk of corrosion orother damage. A wide range of standard voltages and frequencies can bespecified. Specialized complementary accessories can be supplied, includingdiaphragm pressure control valves, pulsation dampers, tubing and shock mounts.Custom products can be developed for particular OEMapplication requirements.
