Top 3 Luxury Cars of 2013

The UK has been at the heart of manufacturing some of the finest automobiles on the planet for more than a century. All that experience has led to a very impressive line of high-end sports cars that are highly coveted the world over. Here are three of the very best cars of 2013 in terms of design and luxury.

Few symbols in the automotive industry are synonymous with high performance like the big, winged, capital B, which graces the hood of every Bentley. The Continental GT is one of the sleekest, sexiest cars to ever grace a showroom, and merely owning one is enough to incite envy from everyone you know. Though the GT is officially a sports car, it is no stranger to luxury. The wide-body, proud grill, and beautiful design exclusive to Bentleys make this car a work of art.

The interior of the four-wheeled masterpiece is just as impressive as the exterior. The seats are available with a two-tone color pattern on the seats, which give the car a very unique look. The finest leather will wrap the driver and passengers in a glove of comfort that isn't easily duplicated. The high-gloss wood grain is an excellent complement to the perfectly designed dashboard. The six-liter, 12-cylinder, twin turbo engine can crank out 616 horses, but you'll want to drive this car slowly because it's a rolling fashion show. After all, if you're going to spend $215,000 on an automobile, you'll want people to notice.

There is nothing, and I do mean nothing, not a suit, a watch, nor a country club membership, that screams luxury like the words Rolls-Royce. This company was founded in 1906 and for more than 100 years, they have remained the car to have for the rich and famous. The Wraith is the newest model, and it seems the manufacturers at double R have outdone themselves. This car also features a twin turbo V-12, but it would almost be wrong to drive the beautiful automobile fast. The classic, elegant design of this car is breathtaking.

This car is so well designed that it looks as if it's traveling at 100 mph even when standing still. From the front view, this car is all Rolls-Royce with its wide stance and large grill, which seem to emit arrogance. But the remarkable exterior of this remarkable automobile is just the beginning.

The doors on the Wraith open from front to back instead of back to front like most cars. The butter soft leather trim and seats will spoil anyone fortunate enough to sit inside. The cabin is virtually soundproof, keeping the outside world outside. The dashboard is elegant and classy with classic analog meters. 600 horsepower never looked so distinguished as it does packaged inside the Rolls-Royce Wraith. At $300,000, the officials at Rolls-Royce have said this will be the fastest, most luxurious car they have ever made.

Jaguar has introduced a brand-new beast for 2013. The F-type is a sleek, two-door sports car built on the shorter platform of the XK convertible. This gorgeous work of art certainly looks the part of a sports car with its shorter body and available convertible option. The F-type's exterior is aggressive and powerful, like the manufacturer's eponymous feline. From the front, the F-Type looks like a machine built for the track. Its grill is wide open so that the engine can inhale.

The interior of this car was obviously inspired by racing, and the steering will look as if it could be on a Formula One vehicle. The F-type is available in a V-6 or a V-8 and has a price tag of about $80,000 fully loaded. This is Jaguar's first true sports car since the E-Type, and it gives the legendary automobile maker yet another beautiful feather in its cap. Whether you choose the 3.0-liter V-6 or the 5.0-liter V-8, this car is sure to make your heart race every time you hit the accelerator. Though this car is truly one of the most aesthetically pleasing on the planet, its ability to go from 0 to 60 in a mere 3.9 seconds makes it one of the fastest luxury cars on the road.
