Following up on my post about large solar arrays, I just stumbled upon a list of the world’s largest solar power plants. The site, http://www.pvresources.com, is independently maintained by Denis Lenardic and updated regularly.

The 116 megawatt PV array near Beja, Portugal has not yet made the list; presumably because it is not yet functioning. At the moment, the world’s largest solar power plant is a 12 megawatt array in Germany, according to pvresources.com.
