MSC's Automotive Conference heads into Dearborn

Dearborn, MI -From the Henry Ford Museum to computer simulation of fatigue, dynamics, acoustics, and optimization, the 2 ^nd Worldwide Automotive Conference from Oct. 9-11 will cover it all.

Keynote speakers will feature David Cole, director of the University of Michigan's Office for the Study of Automotive Transportation (OSAT), and Frank Perna, CEO of MSC.Software.

The conference will focus on a series of technical presentations on simulation solutions as they relate to the automotive industry. The gathering also affords attendees an opportunity to: exchange ideas with fellow engineers and analysts; discover new, cost-effective engineering processes; and interact with MSC.Software developers and managers.

Breakout sessions will include: noise, vibration, and harshness; tire simulation; CFD; dynamics; full-vehicle modeling and analysis; durability; materials; nonlinear; process automation; and the supply chain.
