The modular 27R Precision regulator replaces current 27R models. A new design provides greater responsiveness, high repeatability, precise adjustment sensitivity, and multiple port options and modular configurations. It features a brass poppet, nitrile diaphragm and seals, and steel springs. The regulator has a flow rate of 25 SCFM at 100 psig inlet.

Air-based conveyor

Threaded Line Vac air-operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a conveying system for parts, scrap, and other bulk materials. By attaching the unit to plumbing pipe couplers, it is possible to build a complete system. The device ejects a small amount of compressed air to produce a vacuum on one end with high output flows on the other end. Construction is aluminum.

Mixing system

The NIMIX mixing system features a totally enclosed, low-shear mixing process that imparts strong bottom-to-top circulation and handles both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids, as well as suspended solids. Based upon a fluid diode principle, the system uses a reciprocating diaphragm that causes flow to move in and out of a diaphragm cavity. The diode plate above the diaphragm produces preferential flow depending on direction, causing liquid to move smoothly upward at the center and back down at the wall.

High-flow, single-stage servovalve is reportedly a cost-effective solution for closed-loop applications up to 48 gpm. The servovalve uses a standard NG10 mounting pattern and utilizes integrated electronics to monitor spool position and reduce the valve's hysteresis to less than 0.3%. The product has a low sensitivity to contamination, performance that is independent of pilot pressure, and a leakage flow of less than 0.045 gpm.

New flange-mounted drop-in hydraulic solenoid valves offer integral waterproof coils for 12 or 24V dc operation, several push-on termination options, and rugged metal covers. The model SV98-T39 is a direct acting, balanced-spool, 2-position, 3-way directional control valve designed for low-pressure applications such as pilot systems or power shift transmission control. Other models are in development including a 4-way, proportional pressure reduc-ing valve, and a ball-type 3-way directional valve.

Strain relief fitting

Liquid-tight, nickel-plated cord grips with EMI protection work with braided and foil shielded cables. Installation requires stripping the cable, inserting it into the fitting, and tightening. A serrated nickel-plated nut assures a positive ground to the mounting surface. The fittings can handle temperatures from -40 to 212F and pressure up to 150 psig. Its splines allow for a substantial cable range for each of the 10 basic sizes and cable diameters from 1/16 to 1.75 inch.

Gas filter

The Max-Flow gas filter provides sterile gas delivery in healthcare applications such as insufflation, oxygen concentration, vacuum protection, and ventilation. Diaphragm pumps

An oil-free pump line combines a patented, structured diaphragm and multi-port valve technologies with electronically commutated dc motors for compact performance and efficiency. Pumps range from 0.1 to 30 liters/min and feature end-vacuums to &0.375 torr using up to four stages. A variety of performance enhancements, system integration options, and chemical-resistant PTFE versions are available. Air valves

Users can specify the Cube Line(TM) 10 pneumatic directional control valves in banks that are factory pre-wired and tested, reducing design, purchasing, and installation time. Because the valves plug in to the manifold, making electrical and air connection simultaneously, maintenance is simplified. The manifold material is corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and the unit's standard inlet sizes are 1- and 1.50-inch NPT.
