Pump and reel

The Flowmaster(TM) pump and reel is a rotary-activated hydraulic pump with a control valve, swivel, and heavy-duty 35 to 50-ft hose reel. The product can be mounted on hydraulic excavators, mobile construction and mining equipment, or lube service trucks. The pumps are said to allow easy access to lubrication points such as the undercarriage, bucket, and booms. Other features include a 1/4 inch welded steel base, sealed retraction spring, and quick hose disconnects.

Switches

This company offers a range of vacuum and pressure switch models from 0.3 inch of water to 125 psi. The Tinytrol pressure or vacuum switch measures 1.7 inches by 1.9 inches by 1 inch with a 1/8 NPT port for mounting. Available ratings range from 1 to 25 amps. The switch bodies are made of Acetal, and the diaphragms are available in nitrile, silicone, neoprene, or EPDM. Gold plated contacts are also available.

Nylon tubing

Nylotube(R) nylon-12 tubing is said to offer light weight, low moisture absorption, and high resistance to chemicals, mold, fatigue, crushing, and vibration. Fittings available include Newloc Acetal push-to-connect, Newloc Brass push-to-connect, and Snapflex quick-disconnect. The tubing is available in six colors in metric or fractional sizes up to 1 inch outside diameter.

Gear pumps

These positive displacement, self-priming gear pumps can be used for metering, dispensing, or transferring of fluids. Flow rates range up to 1.5 gpm with pressure of up to 125 psi. Water saver

Air cylinder

These AL Series aluminum air cylinders are designed for use in corrosive or harsh environments such as the auto-motive, marine, chemical, and machine tool industries. Acetal couplings

The APC series couplings are made of acetal and are available with automatic shutoff valves to eliminate spills during disconnection.
