Valve manifold

The HM57 Five-Valve Manifold combines two shutoff valves, two equalizing valves, and a vent/calibration valve into a single, compact assembly. The double equalizing arrangement is designed to insure against measurement error that can occur from equalizer leakage between high and low pressure connections. The number of threaded connections is greatly reduced over needle valves, piping, and tees. Fewer connections leave fewer potential leak points. Available in carbon and stainless steel and some exotic alloys.

Accumulators

The HIPRES(R)welded bellow design accumulators seal the gas charge, eliminating recharging requirements. The all-welded construction does not use any elastomeric seals, so there are no seals to leak or wear out. The manufacturer claims that, due to this construction, no maintenance is necessary-providing lower costs. The product is designed to be unaffected by cold soak conditions and to withstand corrosive fluids.

Valve gasket

Using a wire mill, the required bevels and grooves are wire drawn on the edges of petrochemical processing valves-eliminating the cost of machining the part from plate or sheet. Drawing is also reported to provide close tolerances and smooth edges, and outputs the finished shape on long continuous coils. The beveled or grooved wire can be produced in several metals, depending on the required corrosion resistance.

Pressure seal

This In-Line Pressure Seal is targeted for isolating pressure instruments from critical process medias. It is designed to 3A sanitary standards and allows unobstructed flow with no crevices, recesses, or constrictions that can cause clogging or contamination. The seal tube is flush 316 stainless steel, which is laser welded at the ends for a smooth interior surface. Possible industry applications include food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

Hydraulic disconnect

The hydraulic pallet disconnect handle disconnects hydraulic lines from machine tool pallets or other applications. The handle is designed for double-acting hydraulic applications and operates at pressures of up to 5,000 psi. It automatically latches when pressure is present on either hose, preventing accidental disconnects. It must be used with a momentary hydraulic pump or 3 position 4-way valve in conjunction with a pilot-operated check valve.

Solenoid valve

The SV51 Series direct acting, two-way diaphragm valves use a Dri-Solenoid(TM)designed to isolate the valve's metallic parts from the fluid being handled. It's offered in both virgin TFE Teflon(R)and a polypropylene body for maximum inertness and compatibility with a wide range of fluids. Featuring a bubble-tight shutoff, it's designed with a right angle body to provide greater flow per orifice size than comparable globe ported valves.
