An increasing number of material grade specifications of
VICTREX Polymer Solutions fulfill Bosch standards; BN18-O1 and BN18-X1 which
set out the properties and requirements for unfilled and reinforced PEEK
(polyetheretherketone).
VICTREX(R) PEEK(TM)
polymer - already successfully used in the automotive industry for many years -
also fulfils the N2580-1 requirements. This standard defines prohibited and
declarable substances contained in materials, thereby ensuring implementation
of legal requirements and the Bosch customers' needs. Moreover, VICTREX can
confirm GADSL as well as RoHS compliance for the released grades. Additionally,
all raw materials required for the manufacture of this high-performance
thermoplastic have already been pre-registered pursuant to REACH.
