Laminate

NBC-compliant laminate can be used in instrumentation that may be exposed to nuclear, biological, and chemical contaminants. The laminate is compliant with wash down requirements established by MIL-type specifications. The material can be produced in custom thicknesses from a thin overlay for membrane switches to thicker laminates that are good for display filters.

Urethanes

Urethanes are available in thicknesses from 0.001 to 0.125 inch, widths from 5 inches, and a complete range of colors, opacities, and textures. The materials offer a combination of properties suited for medical environments such as a soft feel and resistance to skin oils, moisture, and a range of chemicals. Foams

Open-cell foam is used in the production of sterilizable fluid applicator pads. The foam is capable of holding a prescribed amount of fluid as it's dispensed from the wand. With slight pressure, the foam pad is designed to release the fluid in a controlled flow for smooth, even application. Other medical products can be designed from a wide line of open- or closed-cell foams.

Ceramics

Urethane

Flexanecastable liquid urethane compounds cure to form both flexible and rigid rubber parts.
