This spirally cut cable wrap for use in enclosed environments is self-extinguishing and does not produce toxic or irritating byproducts when exposed to an open flame. It is available in three materials that will not support combustion: Teflon(R), which operates from -450 to 500F; Rulan, a polyethylene offered in white and black; and Nylon. The wrap is recommended for use where the possibility of fire exists, and is available in sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch OD.

Thermally conductive epoxy
Epoxy 50-3170 is a two-component room temperature curing potting and encapsulating system. Formulated to provide efficient thermal transfer and low stress on electronic components, it cures to a rubber-like consistency and can be used as an adhesive or potting compound for power supplies, coils, glass diodes, and other delicate components. This is also a repairable system. Fresh resin will bond to itself.

The butterfly valve is used with liquid chloroprene at -18C. It is a 4-inch Gar-Seal(TM)unit, and has reportedly served eight times as long as similar valves lined with conventional PTFE in service with a monomer fluid. Some fluids can wash away lubricants used with metal valves, but due to the chemical and solvent resistance and inherent lubricity of Teflon NXT, no added lubrication is needed. Valves range in size from 2 to 42 inches.
