Recommended for all machinery where alignment is critical, this patented steel chock adjusts for height as well as deviations in mounting surfaces. Installation eliminates parallel or angular soft foot problems, even when the skid is twisted. No machining of foundations or base frames is required, and in combination with laser alignment equipment, the design is said to reduce alignment time by as much as 50%. Self-locking after the foundation bolts are tightened due to friction in the thread, Vibracon(R) SM elements are good for turbines, diesel engines, motors and generators, gearboxes, compressors, and pumps.

Vibracon SM elements can be used instead of rigid steel chocks, shims, or epoxy resin chocks.
