MATERIALS: Rheometer Services Inc. introduced a new line of drives and rheometers designed for laboratory scale polymer studies. This exciting new line of instruments is compatible with a wide range of industry standard mixers and extruders allowing existing sensors to be utilized with our new drives.

Applications include sample prep, flow behavior studies, fusion characteristics, polymer stability and processibility, scorch and cure of rubber, cure of thermosets, color stability, additive effect studies and much more.

The rs5000-S5 Torque Rheometer is the only instrument available to feature IsoThermal Torque Rheometry capability enabling advanced torque rheometer studies in the fields of polymer degradation kinetics, chemical cross linking, grafting, etc. with the optimum temperature consistently maintained throughout the run.
