STEP MOTORS
SLO-SYNr KM Series high-torque step motors focus on the interrelationship between magnetic energy, rotor/stator design, winding characteristics, and electronic control. The result: reduced motor weight and size without compromising system performance. The motors feature operating speeds as high as 6,000 rpm and holding torque ratings from 170 to 1,155 oz inches.

Flow transmitter
Self-contained flow transmitter can be set up before installation without requiring actual flow. To use, the operator selects the appropriate flow range from the transmitter's setup menu, and no further programming or calibration is required. The transmitters use the calorimetric principle to provide a linear 4-20 mA analog signal directly proportional to the flow rate in gallons per minute (gpm). The transmitter can be adjusted for operation in five ranges from 0 to 2 gpm up to 0 to 50 gpm.

Sprockets
ULTRA WPTM sprockets combine the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the strength of the base carbon or alloy steel from which they are fabricated. The sprockets achieve their corrosion resistance through a mechanical plating process that bonds a zinc-nickel powder and yellow chromate conversion to steel surfaces in a way that will not flake or peel.

Software
Release 12 features a new material data management system that includes a general database that contains properties for common materials such as steel, concrete, and aluminum. Users can add to or change the material properties contained within the database to fit their own needs and then apply this information to points within the model. Users can also interface the material data management system with other information sources for material properties.
