Bearings
GRAPHALLOYr self-lubricating, graphite-based, metal-impregnated bearings can be used in repeat-use-food- contact equipment and maintain a constant low coefficient of friction over their entire operating lives. The bearings are not subject to seizures, binding, or sudden failure. In addition, they can withstand temperatures from -450 to 750F, can be immersed in liquids, and subjected to extreme pressures. GRAPHALLOY bearings are highly resistant to corrosion, abrasion, and oxidation and have the ability to function under adverse conditions in substances such as bleaching agents, oils, liquid oxygen, jet fuel, chemicals, and some molten materials.

Software
Accupack/VE event simulation software features an enhanced EASY menu that enables users to automatically set the control parameters for an event simulation without having to know the underlying mathematics. Accupack/VE combines kinematics, rigid/flexible body motion, and nonlinear stress analysis in one program. A click on the EASY menu takes the user to a list of the kinds of events to be simulated, including linear static solution and dynamic response and large or small strain static/steady-state solution.

Fuses
PolySwitchr family of resettable fuses are for overcurrent protection in Universal Serial Bus (USB) computers and peripherals. The PolySwitch USB resettable fuses protect against overcurrent hazards such as short circuits. The fuses help users meet USB specifications requiring overcurrent protection devices to guard against catastrophic device failures, software errors that turn on devices when the current budget has been exceeded, and user actions such as shorting-out pins while connecting or disconnecting peripherals.

Valve
The Nereusr Model HK5 multi-function single solenoid diaphragm-poppet valve offers multiple porting configurations, allowing it to be used as a 2- or 3-way, normally open or closed standard fill/exhaust valve, or as a selector or diverter. Valves can be mounted and plumbed on a subbase or manifold, with various electrical connector options available. The Nereus HK5 features a diaphragm-poppet valve design, which has no sliding seals, no metal-to-metal contact, and requires no lubrication.

Cylinder lenses
Plano-convex cylinder lenses are produced from ground and polished BK7 optical glass and condition light in only one dimension. The lenses are similar in appearance to spherical PCX lenses in profile, but rectangular in shape. Cylindrical lenses can transform a point of light into a line image, such as generating a line from a laser spot.

Transformers
Buck-Boost transformers are for changing line voltages by small amounts. With nameplate sizes from 50 VA to 10 kVA, these small, single-phase, dry-type distribution transformers have a dual-voltage primary and secondary. The transformers can be connected for a range of voltage combinations. When connected as an autotransformer, these units can handle loads up to 20 times the nameplate rating. Hardshellr-encapsulated on sizes 5 kVA and below, the Buck-Boost transformers are for motor loads, HVAC applications, low-voltage lighting, and situations that require correction of sustained high- or low-voltage conditions.

Membrane switches
Membrane switches can be combined with laminated overlays for complete panel assemblies, and can be designed in numerous shapes, sizes, and layouts. Surface-mount LEDs can be incorporated, and options such as tactile response, static discharge, and EMI/RFI/ESD shielding are also available. Switch assemblies can be attached to rigid subpanels that can include mounting hardware. Complete assemblies can be installed as a single component during final product assembly.

Sensor
Model 657 Super Cube position sensor is for severe environments. The 5/8-inch3 sensor is available with standard resistance values ranging from 50{OMEGA} to 25 k{OMEGA} and up to 1-million shaft revolutions. Depending on the application, sensors can be provided with or without mechanical stops and with electrical travel to 320 degrees. Options include special shafts and bushings, custom wire harnesses in lieu of wire terminals, special ink systems, and high-temperature versions. Model 657 features a multi-array, conductive-plastic screen process, and laser trimming to confirm a 2% output signal.

Wiring system
WetFlexTM modular wiring system is for high- and low-bay lights that must function in wet, damp, dirty, or dusty environments. The UL-listed WetFlex modular wiring system is pre-fabricated at the factory for one-step installation that requires one pass at each fixture location. The system is for hazardous environments providing liquid-tight cable, gasketed connectors, and sealed components, such as the WetFlex Tap Box, which protects fixture terminations. Protection from moisture and dust makes the WetFlex system targeted for use in food-distribution warehouses, food-processing facilities, factories, and other heavy industrial plants.

Terminal block
FlexiPlugTM is a 0.200-inch spacing pluggable terminal block that combines the high density and flexibility of moving cage clamp European-style blocks with the installation ease of the clamping screw wire terminations used in U.S. barrier block applications. The system provides form, fit, and function interchangeability with European-style plugs and is mateable with European staple headers including the ELF system. The line increases user flexibility by allowing FlexiPlug and European plugs, like the ELF and competitive plugs, to be used in the same system.
