TR lightweight multifilament fabrics can be used as a spacing layer between dissimilar metallic structural components to reduce galvanic corrosion. The fabrics can also be used for laminate reinforcing where a sheer, lightweight scrim is needed to stabilize elongation; increased tensile strength and improved tear resistance; and textile and artwork restoration where the TR fabric provides protection from abrasion during cleaning operations.
